AEROBIC EXERCISES AND FAT1

Unlike anaerobic exercises that take their main energy from small sugar stores (adipocytes), aerobic exercises take their energy from the processed components extracted from the body fat itself.
That is why aerobics are as they are. For example, a 2km walk at a gentle pace is an aerobic exercise because it extracts energy from the fat stores in our body, and to a much lesser extent from sugars.
In other words, aerobic exercises directly attack the physical root cause of the overweight problem, namely fat.
WHY MUST AEROBIC EXERCISES LAST SO LONG?
